Jyothish heads Indicia Legal and the Firm has in its fold a dedicated team of lawyers who have experience and expertise in various fields of law including but not limited to intellectual property rights.

Jyothish started his professional career as lawyer in the year 1997 and has more than two decades of professional experience.  He began his practice as a lawyer in District Courts in Kerala and shifted his practice to Delhi in 2000. Thereafter, he expanded his practice to various other Courts and Tribunals including the Supreme Court of India and High Court of Delhi.

As a Patent Agent and Trademark Attorney, Jyothish became associated with a well reputed  law firm specialising in intellectual property rights mainly Patents and held a senior position in the said Firm for almost 15 years. He has secured vast experience in patent and trademark prosecution and IP litigation and has been involved in matters before various courts and forums including the Intellectual Property Appellate Board.

Attendance in various conferences and meetings as a speaker as well as attendee in a number of foreign countries has added to his international exposure tremendously.

Jyothish's professional memberships include those in Asian Patent Attorney Association (APAA), International Trademark Association (INTA) and The International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), Bar Council of Kerala, Supreme Court Bar Association, Calicut Bar Association.

He previously served as the “TREASURER” of APAA (Indian Group) and has also served as member of the executive committee in the years 2013 to 2015.
